To our Sprad's Family:

These are strange times. We are all in this together. There is nothing more important to us here at Sprad's than our employees and our customers. We want to assure you that we are committed to all of you and are putting in measures to remain available to you in the weeks ahead.

We are open and here for you.

Service

Our Service Advisors are practicing social distancing remaining at least 6' apart from each other and our customers. We are not sharing pens and are sanitizing workstations several times a day. Drop-offs of your RV for service will continue and can be completed at a distance without concern. Our Service Department has the capability of texting you your work order quote and you can communicate with your advisor via text, email or phone. At the time of pick up your RV will be sanitized and ready for your enjoyment without concern.

Sales

Our Sales Team is also practicing social distancing and sanitizing their workstations several times a day. We are excited to announce the implementation of "Virtual Shopping". This new feature will allow you to make an appointment with one of our Sales Team to show RVs via Facetime or Facebook Video Chat. And, as always, if you would like to shop our RVs in person without a Salesperson our RVs remain unlocked and available for you to explore without worry.

We realize that a family vacation is an important part of the summer. We also realize the comfort and safety being at home brings us. RVing will allow you to have both at the same time. Our pricing remains competitive and we pledge to you the best service in northern Nevada.
